1. Resetting Forgotten Password
If for any reason you’ve forgotten your Naija Donors password, you’ll be able to sign back in as long as you have access to your email present in your Naija Donors account.
You can quickly request a new one by following these steps:
- On the “Login” Page Select the “Forgot password?” link present just below the Forms on our Log in page.
- You’ll be required to enter the email address, after entering your email address, we’ll send a password reset email there.
- Click on the “Reset my password” link in that email, which will direct you to the screen where you can enter your “Username“, “new password” twice to confirm the change.
NOTE: Inserting a different “username” other than the username for the account that received the password reset link wont work, only insert the username of your account attached to that email. If you are having trouble receiving the password reset email kindly check the “Spam” section in your email account, please contact our team if you still don’t find it there so we can help.
2. Secure my account
From time to time, we advise our users to change their passwords, this practice should help in securing their account from third party users, If you think your account has been hacked or accessed, you should visit the “Password” Page Found inside your “Account Setting” Page while logged into your account, to secure your account. We’ll ask you to change your password by simply inserting your “Current password“, “New password” then save.
This action will immediately log you out from all logged in devices, then you can sign in again with your new password. Read here for best security advises.
