To ensure your account is protected, your campaigns vetted, and your withdrawals processed, when you create a Naija Donors Account, you will be prompted to add a phone number during sign up.
If you’ve already completed your account creation with a phone number, you can follow these steps to change it:
To change your Naija Donors Phone Number:
- Sign in to your Naija Donors account here
- Select the three lines (Navigation) at the top of your screen (Skip if using PC/Tab)
- Select “Account settings” from the “user icon” drop-down menu
- Change your “Phone” Field and click “Save Settings” at the bottom of the screen
NOTE: If you do not remember your old phone number, please contact us directly and we’ll help you reset it. Please be sure that you have a photo of your ID or other ID verification documents ready. ALSO Keep in mind, updating your Phone Number to someone else’s Phone Number may cause trouble with your account. If you’d like to transfer your entire account to someone else, click the “Contact us” for assistance.
